Children's Religious Education (RE) weekly Sunday 10am
February’s theme for RE is becoming a people of resilience. It involves using four basic keys to hold on to in order to get through challenges: Grit, Each Other, Humor and the Earth. Resilience is the overall theme for February, but Black History month brings opportunities for stories and learning about Black History. It is also the month of Valentine’s Day, too. Weekly classes involve sharing of joys and concerns, meditation, stories, and various other methods of learning including arts and crafts.
